Our story

I started in the pet care business over 20 years ago.  Back when I was much younger, I started as a kennel attendant in a general practice veterinary business in Long Beach, California.  

Several years later we relocated to Fresno, California where I was a dog trainer for PetsMart. About a year later, I started my own dog training business and pursued that until we relocated to Arizona.  

In Arizona, I attended school and worked as a Technician Assistant in a specialty and emergency veterinary hospital.  After a few years in Arizona, we moved back to California, but to the San Francisco Bay Area.  

There I went work as a veterinary technician for an emergency veterinary practice in San Leandro.  After a few years of working emergency; I and a few friends decided to open a dog and cat boarding business in Concord.  Our business was fruitful for over 5 years then we sold to an animal rescue group, and I went back into the veterinary industry as the Emergency Manager for an emergency and specialty practice in San Francisco. 

I have owned cats and dogs my entire life and they bring me and my family so much joy that I know that I must to continue to work in this field. 

My family and I moved to Virginia several months ago and I decided that I want to own my own business once again, but at a manageable pace so that I can really focus on quality pet care and most importantly developing and building relationships.
